If you have a conference to organise, a corporate gift requirement,
gifts for staff, specific company colour regimes, or hotel guest
gifts to provide - please contact us.
Time: Samples
can be made and airfreighted (at the customer's expense) for approval
within two weeks. Final product delivery may take up to twelve weeks,
depending on order size and shipping timetables. Any order can be
airfreighted, at the customer's expense.
Minimum Order:
A minimum quantity of 20 items is required, for a custom order.
Deposit: A deposit
of $80NZD is required to secure a sample for approval. This deposit
will be refunded against the total cost of the order, on delivery.
Airfreight of the sample will be an additional non-refundable cost.
Payment: 50% of
the total order cost must be paid with the placement of the final
order. Payment of the balance will be due on product landing in
Queenstown. Delivery will be dependent upon full payment being made.
Freight: International
sea freight to New Zealand is included in the price quoted. International
airfreight is an additional cost and will be quoted per order based
on current rates.
Internal New Zealand
delivery freight from Queenstown will be charged to the customer
at the rate of $9.95 per carton anywhere in the South Island and
$14.00 per carton anywhere in the North Island.
PLEASE NOTE: Any of the
existing Moon Products standard designs may be ordered in your own
custom colourway,
at standard wholesale prices (Minimum order 20).

for preapproval, the conditions listed above will apply.
